GM Polkadot Gov! Following our activities in the Mexico region, the collective&mdash;made up of Erick, Armando, C&eacute;sar, Amaury, Rodrigo, and Javier&mdash;has been working proactively with well-defined goals: to expand Polkadot&rsquo;s presence across Web3 communities in Mexico and attract new users, from developers and marketing professionals to tech enthusiasts. We focus on high-quality events with moderate costs to maximize the impact of our efforts.
In 2024, we participated in various Web3 and tech entrepreneurship events, leveraging our members&rsquo; diverse academic backgrounds to reach specialized audiences and build a strong Polkadot community in Mexico. These events allowed us to connect with a broad, receptive audience aligned with Polkadot&rsquo;s vision of innovation and decentralization.
Considering the positive results so far, we are presenting this request to Polkadot governance to showcase our work and request a $12,000 USD TIP. This amount is essential for maintaining team motivation and sustaining community growth.
&mdash; It&rsquo;s important to note that the requested amount will be divided among the six collective members, a very modest sum per person for all the work done. We are committed to continuing our collaborative efforts to grow the community and support the ecosystem.
