What are the requested funds for specifically, the thread you references sti?
Do you really need 2,500 DOT (~$10,500 USD) to "cover costs" associated with being a DV?
Even when fixing the link you provide, the thread you link to clearly shows a majority of people think 2,500 DOT is excessive and is the MAXIMUM amount any DV could request; if this is the case, why are you asking for the MAXIMUM with no support for such an amount provided?
