Polka Power 2 People (PP2P) Program
The PP2P Program proposes a decentralized yet structured approach for the Polkadot ecosystem to enhance community engagement and scalability. By replacing the outdated Head Ambassador model, it introduces Fellowships led by Global Fellowship Leaders (GFL), supported by smaller, self-managing workgroups. The Governance Collective sets a unified mission and vision, while regional workgroups ensure localized outreach.
