Remove all 20 Head Ambassadors and remove the Ambassador Collective
The Polkadot Ambassador program, established under Referendum 487 (https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/487) has faced significant challenges since its inception. Concerns have been raised about the voting process, where a major voter approved all applicants without thorough evaluation. This has led to questions about the authenticity of some candidates and the due diligence performed in selecting Head Ambassadors. This is most evident in the fact that Michiko was elected as a Head Ambassador and later turned out to be a fake persona.
It is recommended that the entire program be reconsidered, modified, and subjected to a new vote.
Furthermore, there appears to be confusion among some Head Ambassadors about how Polkadot OpenGov works, including misunderstandings about tracks, voting mechanisms, and the nature of permissionless networks.

The only viable solution, thanks for proposing it.
this the proposal that make more sense about HA program since the last weekend.
Currently HA should work in new program if the want an Ambassador Program, not necessarily the 20 who "are today" in a team or two teams or 5, but anyone who wants a real program seeking the growth of the ecosystem and not of themselves and their colleagues :)
