This wish for change proposal is very simple, introduce a KYC/DID system for:

• HA
• Ambassadors of all ranks
• Curators of all current and future bounties.

OpenGov is evolving and clashes with many disputes, by introducing this system we could discourage bad actors and favor people who really want to change things and actively work to grow our ecosystem.

Not being a Dev I leave them the suggestions of how a possible integration could work.

For clarity, I used the term 'KYC' informally (not in the traditional sense). To ensure a robust security solution, we should leverage the existing tools available through Kilt DID. This would be sufficient to maintain a high level of security until a potential Polkadot citizenship system will be fully operational.
