The Wish for Change to reduce inflation to 5%.

Same as https://polkadot.polkassembly.io/referenda/1137 but reduction to 5% instead of 8%

If I'm not mistaken, according to this proposal 15% of that 5% inflation would be the amount allocated to the treasury. My question is, is this a sufficient amount to be able to continue financing the development of Polkadot?
