This proposal is a bit odd. The 5 month campaign is a total of $240k for all 5 months (not per month), correct?
This proposal is for running video ads on Youtube and an email newsletter, correct? There is no branding or amplification on the Coingecko site only social channels?
The reach of the videos and newsletter is 922,000 users, which is basically a $260CPM which is absurd. Most premium publishers are avg $10-15CPM — extreme is $40-50CPM, while most publishers are $5-8CPM. The cost and CPM rate is very high for reaching native Polkadot creators, which is not the primary target audience for marketing.
For the level of spend you are requesting and the campaign performance you shared from the previous campaign, we can get much more competitive and attractive deals from premium publishers and even more through private programmatic campaigns with leading publishes and networks.
Can you revise your proposal to be more competitive (package offering + pricing)? Perhaps, a combination of the newsletter and pre-rolls you proposed along with planned topics for sponsoring relevant content and/or guides each month on Coingecko with traffic driver banners. For example, sponsoring content guides or specifically ZK payments related content with Polkadot branding in all ad placements on that page (takeover) running Top and Bottom Leaderboad and MPU banners for each month) along with top leaderboard placement on the homepage to drive traffic to those pages.
