(59M DED)

I propose to use approximately 59 million $DED from the Polkadot Treasury to conduct a targeted marketing campaign for the Korean speaking community prior to Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) 2024 in Seoul, South Korea. The requested funding will provide the $DED Project on Polkadot with international marketing exposure via Naver Cafe, which is the largest social networking service in South Korea. The proposed marketing campaign will run from 17 August to 02 September 2024 with the option to extend the campaign for an additional week at a discounted rate during KBW if needed. KBW is an annual global blockchain and web3 festival held that will take place from 02 - 07 September 2024 in Seoul, South Korea.

The timing for the funding does not look appropriate. As long as it’s not requested DOT here, why not using the DED…

What marekting campaign?? Why are you not providing any detailed info? How will you distribute the token? What exact budget do you have? How many people do you plan to reach? Any details on Naver Cafe? Where will distribution occur? How will you make sure that there will be no cheating when claiming tokens? Who is your team? Who are you? And please verify your proper identity.
