We are a team of enthusiastic developers, working on PlutoWallet for over 18 months now. Two of us have graduated from Polkadot Blockchain Academy in Berkeley, giving us all of the necessary knowledge to complete the solutions we are proposing.
Even though this is the very first time our team is approaching the Polkadot Treasury through OpenGov, we would like to state that members of our team have been long term contributors to the Polkadot ecosystem. We hope to form a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the Polkadot DAO and participate in the future success of Polkadot which we wanna help in achieving.
We understand that a wallet is more than just a dApp. It is a door into the world of Polkadot and our community. In order to make a product worthy of representing the Polkadot brand, we plan to actively work together with the community in building the best product possible. Besides building, we plan to actively interact with different ecosystem bounties, projects and teams to help them use our open-source PlutoLayout solution for the benefit of the Polkadot ecosystem as a whole. As such this proposal aims to help us establish ourselves as reputable and trustworthy partners for the Polkadot DAO to help build user-centric solutions for anyone to use and benefit from.
One of the reasons why we love Polkadot is its strong focus on decentralization. For us decentralization was one of the key principles why we built PlutoWallet the way we did. In web3, wallets are considered to be critical infrastructure, which is why it is imperative to have multiple wallets built using different code-bases to maintain a high level of decentralization. By supporting our new C# wallet, you will help us increase the level of infrastructure decentralization.
If you have any questions or suggestions, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We are looking forward to your feedback. ^-^

I met the team, and I'm confident in them. For me, it's aye.
I believe we really should ask ourselves if we need to have another wallet fully funded by the Polkadot treasury. Looking at the Android store the app so far has 100+ downloads which isn't much. The UI-design really does not meet standards and is unable to match others such as Novawallet or Talisman.
Your rates seem fair for the amount of work, but I do not see how spending $24.000 for NFT-support for an app with just a handful of downloads will result in a worthy return on investment. Furthermore, there are already plently of other options out there.
