Remove myself from the Fellowship collective
As explained in the comment in #994, I would like to remove myself from the Fellowship collective.
Note that a referendum in Fellowship Admin track is necessary for this, as fellowship collective itself is limited in its power of demotion and removal.
I have explained my reasons a bit in the comments in #994. In short, I think this is the best option for me and for the community. For my Polkadot community engagement, I do value greatly on my freedom in choosing what I would prefer to work on and during which time. As someone who occasionally suffers from burn-outs, this is especially important for me in maintaining my productivity and creativity. The plain-old treasury proposal process will be a lot more suitable for me, as I can set my own timelines (rather than Fellowship fixed 6 months). I think this will also be better for the community, as you will have more direct chances to review and audit my work.
I therefore hope that the community can respect my request and vote Aye to remove myself from the Fellowship collective.
I'll of course continue to engage in the Polkadot community and I look forward to you, all community members, reviewing my treasury proposals in the future.
