• Polkadot is the title sponsor of Coinfest Asia, the largest Web3 Festival in Asia, happening August 22-23rd in Indonesia.

• Polkadot is also heavily involved in other events happening that same week: Bali Blockchain Summit Polkadot Championship Hackathon Polkadot Investor/VC Dinner

• Lucy was recently elected as a HA, however HAs have not yet received funding to pay either salaries or support their BD and growth initiatives.

• Lucy would be a great asset to have in attendance that week, where she will serve as a Polkadot evangelist, staff booths at the event, engage with hackathon participants, and is working with the organizers of the VC Dinner to coordinate the event and get VCs to attend. (Lucy previously worked directly with Parity’s CEO and the wider C-suite on investor related issues).
