[Small Tipper] Referendum #1025 - Creating a new vision for Polkadot Ambassador Program

This is a proposal for a new structure to the Polkadot Ambassador Program.
Part of that program says:
Ambassador: Has made 5 successful tip requests for at least $200 for work done to support Polkadot.
I want to show how easy it can be to do work for Polkadot, get rewarded for that work, and work towards qualifying to be an ambassador.
This document took around 4 hours to create, for which I am asking $50 per hour.
In general, this is probably a high salary for a writer, but based on my technical experience in the space, I think that salary is justified.

I believe the value generated by creating this document is more than $200. I am happy for the DOT holders to decide if they agree.

Hola Shawn, sabemos que es un gran contribuyente en el ecosistema pero basandonos en su filosofia de ser " valor generado" lo aceptariamos si este nuevo programa que usted manifiesta sea aprobado en WISH for Changue. Porque entonces si las personas mas importantes en Polkadot empiezana. escribir un manifiesto de su programa de embajadores ideal, por ejemplo 20 personas, tendriamos 21 versiones diferentes y solo 1 ejecutada de " alto valor ". Because then if the most important people in Polkadot started writing a manifesto of their ideal ambassador program, for example 20 people, we would have 21 different versions and only 1 executed "high value" one.
