The goal of this referendum is to record the work carried out by Cervera (from Cryptonitas) in an on-chain way. The requested amount is symbolic.
Specifically, we include the following sponsorship and diffusion works for the Polkadot ecosystem:
- Integration of the Polkadot logo in an interactive game within the ApeX Exchange event in Barcelona. Here we share the images.
- Talk on the TPB YT channel about the current and future of Polkadot in order for its viewers to get to know Polkadot more deeply (7.5K views).
- Talk on the Salvilla YT channel about the current and future of Polkadot in order for its viewers to get to know Polkadot more deeply (4.7K views).

You should go for a real tip or nothing. But here I don’t understand the concept.
@CryptoSurfer
Hello. The goal of this tip is to keep an on-chain record of the work done. And why would a user want this? When someone makes a proposal, the community always asks for proof of work, that is, something to demonstrate what they are capable of doing. In this way, there would be an on-chain record for future proposals, since by entering its address, the submitted referendums appear. Many users do work for Polkadot and are not paid, but in my opinion I do believe that, at least, there should be a record of it. For example, whether this referendum is Aye or Nay, there will be a record of the work I have done.
