Heya... You have a good proposal in general - I appreciate that you have commintted to success evaluation and reporting, and your company seems a good partner for Polkadot outreach. My worry is that, I am guessing everybody in your team is quite new to the Polkadot ecosystem? Polkadot suffers from the fact that new users find it complex, which is why we need educational content. There is a lot of content already available on how to do new-user level activities on in Polkadot. So the first point is that your materials may just be duplicating those. The second point is that I'm not sure how your team will be themselves learning how to do the activities they will be making content on - are you just taking the publicly available content and regurgitating it? I hope I'm not sounding to critical, because there is another side to what I'm saying. Great tech teaching comes, IMHO, from the ability to understand the complexities of a system and use these to see how to make it simple for others. This is something that certainly is still needed in the Polkadot ecosystem. But it's not something that everybody is able to do. But maybe you can? I don't know. My support for your proposal would come down to this issue - bascially, will you create inspired content? Or just yet more materials? My guess is the latter but that is just because your team seems to be new to the ecosystem. I would love to see some examples of 1) your materials making a complex subject easy for students and 2) your team presenting something that requires good familiarity with polkadot (for example delegation, proxies or XCM). Your proposal is basically well structured and proportionate, but we don't know if you can do what we need. I think that if you are able to provide those examples and they are quality, your proposal will pass. BTW, retrospective funding is also an option, as in you produce the materials and then request funding for the work already done, and for the future work of deploying them.
I am very grateful to see new teams working on Polkadot and in the field of education, so thank you very much for presenting this idea. However, the lack of a detailed pre-image is a major omission. Its absence in this case creates uncertainty about the team's ability to execute the project effectively. Therefore, I will be forced to vote against it.
