Lost dots in Acala auction

I recently supported the crowdloan for the Acala auction but now it’s won my dots have disappeared and do not appear as a contribution against the crowdloan - any idea where they could have gone / be recorded?

Same has happened to me. Before the auction was completed they were there, following the auction I checked that Acala had won and it says I have no allocation. I emailed Acala help but no response so far!
You should be getting your coins back when your lease is over with them, depending on how long your contract was. they are most likely 2 years I am guessing
