This is a treasury proposal for ops and maintenance of a Polkadot community in China, and it's aimed to cover the community operation costs from December 2021 to February 2022.

PolkaWorld is a Polkadot community in China and has gathered more than 40,000 followers, we have collaborated with the Polkadot ecosystem and Web3 Foundation in the following ways：

• published a total of 785 Polkadot /Kusama/ Substrate articles（Wechat official account can't share a link).
• reached total readings of 70k - 100k each month in 2021
• Interviewed 50+ eco-projects/Substrate developers
• host monthly meetups in different cities from January 2021, an average of 150+ people come and meet in each meetup
• host 2 - 4 online broadcasts each month to let the community meet eco-projects/parachains online, so far we have hosted 27 online broadcasts on Wechat Channel（Wechat Channel can't share a link).
