Short description: This proposal is focused on increasing the Polkadot Spanish community with the development of an Educational Hub for Spanish community and ambassadors.
As ambassadors we need information about the Polkadot ecosystem, we have been searching and translating documentation to participate in events since last year. We also notice requests for this kind of information in social networks, official and unofficial chats, frequently. We have seen the limitations of English communication in the community. The complexity of the protocols and the ecosystem requires additional information and an easy way to explain the system.
To solve the necessity of the community, we believe that it is important to explain the ecosystem in an easy way, and in Spanish, to give tools to the community to participate in the Polkadot ecosystem.
As we know, some people are working on tutorials, translations, or blog posts but there is not an integrated, compiled, and organized information system for this community, and we aim to establish one for the Spanish and Latin American communities.
We consider that development of the Spanish community (Spanish language) should be through different actions and activities, building content in communication channels:
a.- Development of a Spanish community Polkadot webpage.
b.- Guidelines and Tutorials about Polkadot Ecosystem.
c.- Spanish content as blog posts, guidelines, papers and more about Polkadot.
e.- Translations of Polkadot and Kusama Wiki and official documents and research of important
information in the ecosystem.

Blog and news about ecosystem
We are considering creating a website integrated by video tutorials, translations, official information, blog and news. All to increase the Spanish Community engagement.
We consider the community comments and we include into the proposal:
1.- Section to add to the website a submissions form: to submit article / video / tutorial to be published on the website
2.- Information related with validators and staking.
3.- For the third part we could create a space to learn and develop the languages applicable to the DOT, including Rust. The cost
The proposal is for 5 months. We apply 48.070 USD total (DOT rate calculation will be based on the 30 day avg tool by Subscan).

Everyone can help the Spanish community, by approving this proposal, it would set aside all contributors and other ambassadors. For example, I recently saw a tip for a person who had already written more than 50 articles in Spanish. What would happen to that person? What would its function be?

There are already many articles named there that are already translated and until Lorena received high tips for translating them.

This proposal would simply fill two simple ambassadors with DOTs, each time they go down in level. 7 months ago they were good, because the Spanish community was very small, and they did something with their crowdcast. But now there is a lot of competition, many people in the Spanish community help, there are many other ambassadors, it does not seem right that these two take all the laurels. In addition, his participation in the Polkadot group is super low.
Lorena Fabris: 175 messages in the group, the first messages she had no idea about Polkadot.

I don't understand how those two people got the title of ambassador at first when they had no idea.
They do not know much about Polkadot & Kusama, I am not asking that they be devs, but I have seen their messages and they do not know much, just the basic information, they only translate articles and do a crowdcast / twitter space. I have seen messages from them that imply that they lack research.
