SubMentor.Me application
Hello.
I would like to introduce you to an app SubMentor.Me that I had started to develop for HydraDX project. The application gains good feedback from its users and a lot of them asked me to spin up the same application for another substrate based chain. One of the community members called it "The swiss army knife packed with all the tools and features for Substrate chain users".
I have decided to prepare some documentation in the form of Polkadot Treasury Proposal and would like to share it with you at this url
I will appreciate any feedback and I am looking forward to somebody's response

Thanks @imiroslav for sharing this, I think in general the Polkadot ecosystem can do with easier and more intuitive UIs for its token holders. A few questions:
- On milestone 3, you mentioned "finish the most required requirements": what are these and how do you conclude these are a set the common users needs? And wouldn't it make sense to decide on these features/requirements at the beginning to work around them? How do you define these requirements?
- It seems the whole development wont take more than 1,5 months: im wondering if you are planning to also apply to treasury funds after for maintaining the site and code of the UI, or if you have any other plan regarding maintenance?
- have you worked with success metrics while developing on Hydra? and do you plan to set some success metrics for this project as well?
- on the last milestone, you refer to "community tasks and incentives": what are these? and how do you plan to organise and what is the goal?
- it seems the app will have a web3 integration for me to log in with my polkadot.js extension, but im not sure if this is the case: will stats, info, nominations, rewards and so on be personalised? or is the platform showing general information about network health and status?
1/ I changed the content of this table cell and also change the link. The Link column now leads to the particular item from the roadmap. There is a more detailed description in it. 2/ Yes I am planning to also apply to treasury funds for maintaining the site and the code. Unfortunately, I'm not able to calculate the costs now because I expect some architecture changes (like separate HW for any kind of application server, load balancers, etc). I will do it right after the application will be in the production 3/ I did not work with any presets metrics because the development was driven by the actual needs of the user. The HydraDX was a very new project and started from scratch. I just followed the communication in the support channels and tried to prepare the solution for that. All my work got positive feedback and was appreciated by the community and also by the core team. So these are kind of soft metrics. The hard metrics are tracking numbers. As for now, there are more than 2 300 unique users from the set of approx 4400 chain accounts. Seems that half of the users have already used the application. 4/ for example to onboard some developers for the contribution. I have some ideas to prepare github issues and manage contributors' work. Second, I would like to ask members of the polkadot community to help with documentation, video tutorials, translations. In this case, I assume I will be acting as a consultant and help the contributors to understand the application. 5/ right now, there is personalized content base on the nominator's address. Like https://hydradx.documento.cz/#/staking/payouts?address=7KxLFLmd8FRJvNAciAw1qWVAHQxGQH1nyqLfM2eiD1bhuGRy. But you are right, next step for better personalization would be the opportunity to log in base on polkadot extension and linking this account to users email and other communication channels (telegram, slack, discord). In this case, there are a lot of opportunities like alerts and personal content for nominators, some kind of propagation for validators (for example to announce commission change, node maintenance etc.) The other opportunities based on the integration with polkadot extension would be transactions like set nominators, send tokens etc. Thank you for your feedback. Please feel free to ask any other questions
