Hi Eva, thank you for your post. A few comments and questions on the proposal:
- PolkaWorld is an organization funded by the Polkadot treasury for the distribution of information and educational resources to the Chinese Polkadot community: it it not Polkadot network. You would be applying to Polkadot treasury funds, not PolkaWorld funds.
- Regarding the programs and courses: how do these relate to Polkadot network? Could you share the programme and topics touched during the class? What are your success metrics for these programs?
- If you have to think about adding value to Polkadot Network with the execution of this proposal: how do you think you add value to the network? Why is your proposal important for Polkadot?
- Can you share a budget specifying the costs and how you will use the allocation request in a granular way?
- Do you have milestones or steps for the development of this project? What are your deliverables? And how do you plan to reach them?
With the information provided I dont know if it makes sense for the treasury to fund this as I dont see a link between the courses and programs you offer and Polkadot network. For this proposal to be considered within the Education efforts category for funding, I would expect a more direct link between them (I might be wrong and might need more info).
When preparing a proposal, please take into account the following structure:
Problem > Milestones > Solution
It is important you add all information for the council to understand your proposal: including costs, description and a budget (including HR, ops costs and so on) and deliverables for the project in general (and milestones in particular). You can find the guidelines on how to draft and submit a proposal, including a template with the minimum information needed for the Council to review, HERE.
