Hey everybody, I'm noticing a number of folks have started asking support questions here which dilute governance oriented posts from appearing in the feed. Would it be possible for someone to create a pinned "forum guidelines" to orient new users and provides links for support-focused forums like our discord, discourse and subreddits? Also is it possible for someone to remove or relocate past off-topic posts? Doing so may provide a clearer snapshot to passers-by of how many exciting projects are underway on Polkadot, as well as make it easier for users to find older posts. Thanks
