I see no reason why there should be a change on a technical level

Market psychology would imply that new investors would be hesitant to buy at the current supply - thinking that the price is already too high. Might encourage quick appreciation(can be a bad thing).

Will make spending easier to follow - breaking down DOTs in smaller chunks require less mental effort on consumer.
Ah Jam, you were as quick as me for the discussion! I renamed mine to keep focus ;) I have very little DOTs so my vote will not count much, but I think re-denomination creates a lot of fuss and confusion. I'm against it.
