Treasury proposal: The April operating cost for the nonprofit organization Polkadot Ecology Research Institute

Hi, all councillors:

Polkadot Ecology Research Institute is a nonprofit organization in China which has produced 16 professional articles of Polkadot with over three million pageviews.

We hope to obtain the support of the national treasury so that we can continue to output high-quality content about Polkadot, expand more media channels, and let more people understand all aspects of Polkadot.

This is A LOT of work to improve Polkadot's visibility on the web. Hats off to PER's dedication! :)

Thank you for the proposal. Questions:

  • What is "Hire a business personnel: 35 DOT"?
  • Is the main goal of this proposal to create 4 in depth articles over 4 weeks?
  • could you give an example of the article you will create? in the brief it was a lot of news articles so I'm not sure which one you guys will actually be developing.
