Hello! Halp! Got banned and don't know why.

Edit: reading up I think it's a temporary ban, but I'm still bewildered as I was not discussing price, making repetitive statements, but asking for help with 1010 error I was getting and recommending parity signer to people asking about a good storage option. 

- The person is saying they got banned but they don't know why.
- They think it might be a temporary ban.
- They were asking for help with an error and recommending a storage option.
- They didn't talk about price or repeat themselves.
- They are confused about why they got banned.
