Snowbridge (https://app.snowbridge.network/) has now been live for almost a year. The funding spends that we set up in our proposal last year have now all passed, and so our team is planning to submit a proposal next week that covers the next year of spends for the milestone payments and team incentives we agreed to.

We're posting an early draft of the proposal here to gather feedback for the community.

The proposal goes through our a summary and review of our successes and deliveries over the last year. It also discusses upcoming features, future plans and the finalized funding structure for the remainder of our last proposal's planned spends.

Snowbridge has grown to ~$63M TVL and is fully integrated with ~24 parachains, wallets, apps, and other services across the ecosystem. It can seamlessly bring in liquidity to almost anywhere in the ecosystem and is positioned to bring immense additional value this year.

We'd love to get an early review from the community, especially with regards to our future plans and opinions on how Snowbridge should continue to grow and evolve in ways to bring the most value to the Polkadot community.
