We have applied feedback from previous discussions with Council members in Element and updated the proposal of Stage 3.

Changelog:

• Price calculation method changed from 90d average to 14d moving average. This and the recent price increase together reduced the cost from 8677.40 DOT to 4595.14 DOT
  • Price calculation will be revisited on on-chain submission date (due to current rapid growth), with applying changes to cost if the price will be different for more than 20%
• Improved description of the scope:
  • Added high- and low-fidelity mockups for feature blocks for better understanding the scope (all mockups are available via link)
  • Added "Goal" for each Theme of the Proposal, justifying why it is important to be included in Stage 3 and what are the benefits for the community from the open source native mobile libraries and apps
  • Added "Metrics and reporting" for each Theme of the Proposal, describing how the project will be reported bi-weekly during stage execution (example of first Stage 3 Sprint: Link)
  • Added roadmap with Stage 3 decomposition into the Sprints with their goals
• Added more information about the allocated team for Stage 3 for the time period, removed MH estimates table
• Added slides with an explanation why Stage 3 changed in terms of scope and cost compared with one which was planned in May 2020 (Appendix section, direct link)
