Requested DOT: $85,000 in DOTs split in 3 milestones - 100% of the DOTs will be distributed to developers as incentives. Figment retains 0 DOTs for operational costs as part of this proposal.
Short description: Figment is creating a proposal to request DOTs to be used as incentives to grow the Polkadot developer ecosystem via its platforms Figment Learn and DataHub. Learn is the education and onboarding platform for developers interested in Web 3 development. With Learn, developers gain access to the most comprehensive developer portal which standardizes documentation across networks and offers in-depth practical tutorials to help them get to the next level.
Tutorials can be completed seamlessly with DataHub which provides easy access to the protocols via our highly available full node infrastructure and suite of middleware. Developers then get to build and scale their DApps for free using the DataHub infrastructure.

I would definitely support this proposal. The Figment team has great experience in the broader crypto ecosystem, and have shown great results with other similar Learn modules with teams like Near and Oasis. For example, Near downloads went from 1k to 10k after they onboarded to Figment Learn, and enabled them to distribute thousands in rewards to developers onboarding onto their platform. The fact that all the DOT goes directly to developers makes this a no-brainer to me, and exactly what the Treasury is meant to be used for. Thanks Yannick and the Figment team for submitting!
What is the judgment process on approving or denying developers funds from the DOT supply?
