Context:

• I've been trying to purchase DOT directly through various decentralized exchanges and wallets, but have consistently faced issues when using an Indian bank (Nationalized) with Visa debit/credit cards. I'm looking for community advice on feasible options for Indian users.

Current Issues:

• Payment failures when attempting to use Visa cards on SubWallet, Nova, Talisman, and Trust Wallet (including payment gateways like Transak & Banxa).
• Unable to complete transactions on most DEXs when using Indian payment methods.
• Currently forced to use CEXs (currently swapping ETH to DOT on Coinbase), which I'd prefer to avoid,d High fees (sometimes reaching 2%) when I do manage to find a working method

Questions for the Community (any that can be answered)

• Are there any DEXs that work reliably with Indian payment methods?
• Has anyone successfully used SubWallet or Talisman with Indian banks?
• Are there specific payment processors or bridges that work better for Indian users?
• What workarounds have other Indian DOT holders found that don't involve CEXs?
• Are there any reliable P2P options?

I'd appreciate any insights from fellow community members, especially those based in India who have found sustainable solutions. While I can tolerate some fees (even up to 2% which is the max charge I've seen), I'm primarily looking for a reliable decentralized method to acquire DOT directly.
