To whom it may concern. A few months ago I was speaking to one of the tec staff who handled updating of settings in the Polkadot and Kusama telegram groups. We had agreed to keep in touch via Telegram DM but I have lost their name and DM messages due to the huge amount of current members I speak with and the groups that keep adding me. i wish to contact them again regarding a back of house update we can look into and implement for the telegram groups regarding IP addresses and black listing of them and their phone numbers for the groups. This idea was referred to me by my Cardano Telegram contacts. So i wish to raise it in here for further discussion (privately away from scammers viewing this message) on Telegram. cheers Barney
