Polkadot Fellowship UI
This project will create a new user interface (UI) for the Polkadot Fellowship. The goal is to build a simple, easy-to-use platform that helps Fellowship members manage their tasks and participate in governance activities. The UI will focus on:
Activity Feed: A feed that shows all important updates, like new members joining, promotions, demotions, and proposal changes. It will help members see what’s happening at a glance. Search and filters to find proposals and members quickly.
Voting and Proposals: Pages where members can view and vote on proposals. These pages will make it easy to understand the voting process and take action.
Member Profiles: Profiles for Fellowship members, showing their contributions, activities, and any changes in rank or role.
Responsive Design: The platform will work on both desktop and mobile devices, so members can use it anytime, anywhere.
Mockups for the initial UI:
This proposal is base in the feedback collected from fellows about the current UIs. You can see more in detail the proposal here.

Hey, thank you for the proposal! The Figma link is now private or something changed? I know that two days ago I could open it.
First question to the Figma design would be, why does it look that similar to Subsquare?
Does this design contemplate all fellowships like the Technical but also Ambassador and whatever new fellowships appear in the future? We believe that the Ambassador fellowship will have more eyes on than the Technical Fellowship, for instance. Also, where is this UI meant to be developed? Your own URL? have you gotten in touch with wallets or other UIs to feature this integrations. Finally, including maintenance costs will have to be presented from now onward due to some referenda not including maintenance costs and presenting them as an additional so we require a solid idea of this cost and for how long. So a clarification on the very last line of the document would be beneficial.
