• HexPlay is a project that seeks to incentivize Polkadot-based projects to experiment with decentralized applications on the chain

• It will provide grants to creative projects within the Polkadot ecosystem

• Applications will be made up of project briefs and be judged by different nodes

• Grants will range from \$5K to \$50K per quarter with a total of \$200K committed for the first year

• There will be a quarterly reporting process to track progress and milestones

• Funds will be awarded to successful applicants on a quarterly basis
