If you go to https://polkadot.js.org/apps/#/accounts, make sure you have an account imported from the extension, then pick extrinsics from the Developer dropdown, then pick the pallet for what you need (eg staking) from the dropdown on the left, then in the dropdown on the right you will see all the onchain functions in that pallet.
Search in https://wiki.polkadot.network/docs for the function you need to find out the order things need to happen in (eg do you need to unbond?).
Submit the extrinsic from the extrinsics tab you were at and watch the top right to catch any errors after you submit transaction (they will disapear off screen quickly).
