Polkadot ecosystem cleanup and promotion on coingecko and coinmarketcap

Starting September, the "Polkadot Ecosystem" section will be pinned at the top of CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap homepages as part of the Marketing Bounty effort.
Before this goes live, we need to correct and enhance the current Polkadot ecosystem pages. Some projects listed are unrelated, while others are missing. We've created and worked on a spreadsheet for updates: https://twtr.to/mU2rk In the spreadsheet there is a "Contact us" button USE IT if you have any corrections or improvements for your parachain/token/project listing on CoinGecko or CoinMarketCap.

We have completed the review of the category list that needs to be updated on the data aggregation platforms CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap for our ecosystem.
