Hi everyone,

I am trying to register a validator in polkadot assembly. It is now got stuck in the "Awaiting judgement from Polkadot assembly". I have submitted a judgement request in polkadot.js/app to the registerar index 3, which I guess it should be correct according to the result of identity registerars() as follows:

In several attemps  have set the max fee of 0.5, upto 5.6 DOT, But the extrinsic tranactions all failed.
