## About Coretime DevTools Coretime DevTools is a suite of tools designed to assist developers in building with Polkadot SDK / Substrate and deploying with Coretime. It now includes three functional tools, and one tool under planning: - **Coretime CLI** (_under planning_): A command-line interface for building parachains and deploying with Coretime without leaving your favorite terminal. - **subdev.cn**: A technical documentation portal for Polkadot developers using Chinese. It now has around 1.2k page views and 200+ active users monthly. - **Substrate Stencil**: A template for kickstarting a Substrate-based Proof of Stake (PoS) chain, which includes features like staking, governance, also covers the deployment process. - **Play Substrate**: Practical runtime pallets for developers to experiment with, facilitating learning of on-chain data types, off-chain work, custom weights, and more.  ## Team Experience Our team has deep roots in the Polkadot ecosystem, having engaged closely with community developers and learned many pain points.
