wanted to become polkadot ambassador in AFRICA , but cant see where to submit my application

Note that you need to put a deposit of 5000 DOT to apply, translating to over 30,500 USD in DOT. It doesn't have to be you who puts in that Deposit, another OpenGov member can put in that deposit. Good luck!
My suggestion to you is get yourself known, and make yourself familiar with the pitfalls in the selection process before submitting the application. If you're on tg groups, start there. If you're not, post your tg handle, somebody will add you.
