JUST Retroactive Compensation for Contributions to the Polkadot Ecosystem
We, Raul and Otar of JUST Beteiligungen GmbH, are proposing retroactive funding from the Polkadot Treasury to recognise our contributions to the ecosystem, which encompassed a variety of activities, including supporting and executing runtime upgrades and various configuration adjustments, facilitating OpenGov implementation, providing guidance on hundreds of treasury proposals along with initiating motions as well and offering ongoing assistance to ecosystem stakeholders.
So far, these efforts have been undertaken at our own expense. Unfortunately, sustaining this level of commitment independently is not feasible in the long term. Therefore, we are seeking retroactive funding from the Polkadot Treasury to support our past contributions effectively.
Before finalising our submission to the Treasury, we invite the Polkadot community to review the detailed proposal here and provide feedback.

Fully support this proposal. Raul and Otar have been the most supporting and encouraging voices in the ecosystem. They have helped several teams enormously with their expertise on OpenGov processes and practices. More specifically, they have helped us by providing valuable guidance on the Mythical Games proposals, and also on the recent BlockDeep proposal. There are several instances where they helped many other ecosystem teams to get clarity on how to navigate the OpenGov stuff. Their commitment to the Polkadot ecosystem is unquestionable. They make it much easier and clear to new teams looking to get involved in OpenGov. I would go on to say that Raul's and Otar's efforts play a very important role in making Polkadot OpenGov one of the most successful blockchain governance mechanisms.
Raul and Otar's contributions to Governance, Technical, and Community activities over the past years have been critical in enabling the Polkadot ecosystem to flourish and hit notable milestones in terms of adoption by the general public. Their overall neutral stance and measured approach when providing guidance to a range of Polkadot stakeholders have set a high standard of professionalism, collaboration, and cooperation in the context of decentralisation.
