As I'm also involved with this proposal, as a head of Artists Relations for KodaDot, I spent a lot of time onboarding artists to Polkadot in the last two years. Each new artist has a big value as these people usually bring their audience, collectors, and fellow artistic friends. This proposal is just part of all the efforts we are putting into attracting new artists to eco. We have spent a lot of time with the whole Koda team in various campaigns, free drops, physical exhibitions, working on collaborations, etc. I contacted all generative artists in this proposal. We have been doing research, and we were exploring possibilities with all of them. I explained to them our idea and goal - to bring more eyes to Polkadot. We are putting together strategies and plans with each one of them so the art they bring to our ecosystem will attract new users. Each artist is different, so we will try to cover various media - Twitter, Instagram, Farcaster, Medium... etc. They have their own preferred channels, and we will work on making the experience interesting. As the NFTs in Polkadot are slowly growing, we still need more talented and top artists. The better the artist, the more eyes will be on us. Polkadot is not yet known for the art itself, which we intend to change. It's time to start attracting not only artists but other artistic projects, galleries, curators, and big collectors. Let's bring more value to Polkadot.
