I do not understand the purpose OPENGOV WATCH. What was all of the DOT supposed to be used for?? How can we know this isn't another Giotto backed initiative, like all of the bounties and treasury referendums he has been passing and diverting DOTs for himself...? Anyone or group claiming to do oversight or keeping track of bad actors in OpenGov - and do not list any 1 of 10+ bounty or referenda by Giotto should raise red flags within the community. Nothing associated with Giotto - not even DED is under review by the "watchdog' of OpenGov. Which is very concerning or the people heading that is not very good at oversight.

Just a few clicks and you would easily find any of the below OpenGov Watch...
Marketing Bounty 33 - immediate payouts to 'past projects' that did not fit the scope of the bounty and was done last year. I dont understand how that works if the bounty did not even exist at the time? How or why would a billboard be made and place in some corner of an airport in Thailand be paid for out of pocket, then reimbursed months later - with no word or mention to anyone. On top of that the payee ends up becoming a curator that approves more child bounties for their own account. TRACK THE TRANSFERS OF DOT FROM ALL OF GIOTTO'S BOUNTIES - its criminal.

Can Giotto and Lunar Strategies have a temporary freeze on the issued treasury proposals and bounties -or- shouldnt there be a ban for people that abuse or do not use treasury funds as proposed/promised?? 

- The Multi-sig wallets and Curators are not who were originally proposed or approved. Most are pseudo accts and recipients of child bounties.

- This account stashes 1,000s of DOT monthly.

I do not know how the verified accounts were allowed, but there are a list of 'verified' account names that need to be reviewed  to see if someone has a loophole b/c something is definitively not right.  

 Here are the transactions that should be looked at closely and who got what and how... and where did all of the DOT end up. Definitely not what was promised or the purpose stated in the Bounty docs (funny how a lot of that is not accessible any more).

2 of 4 signers are not approved curators...??? The proposals are meaningless if they can be removed or deleted, there should be a way to lock that information.

What is the tolerance theshold before people react and demand action - slash, demand return of dots, hire a real securities audit firm to track and trace DOTs from all suspicious bounties. They sent all of their DOT to Kraken hot wallets - not realizing Kraken is in the US and will hand over account data with a legal warrant (won't be a problem to get) and can finally expose who has been stealing a crapload of DOTs.

When you add DED on top of all these other bounties + REFILLS!@! ITS CRAZY HOW MUCH HE IS GETTING AWAY WITH.... DOING NOTHING AND ALLOWING THIS IS CONDONING BAD BEHAVIOR - SHAME!  And he is a head ambassador of Polkadot, what a joke.
