- **Problem Statement:** Lack of representation and educational resources for Polkadot and blockchain technologies in East Africa, particularly in Ethiopia due to language barriers.
- **Significance:** Only 14% of Ethiopians can understand English well, hindering access to blockchain education; proposal aims to bridge this gap.
- **Proposed Solution:** Introduce AmharicChain Polkadot hub, an E-learning platform offering blockchain education in native languages, focusing on Ethiopia and East Africa.
- **Expected Outcomes:** Increased accessibility to blockchain knowledge, empowerment of individuals, deeper understanding of blockchain, and growth of the Polkadot ecosystem in Ethiopia and Africa.
