Dot is dead / MEME COIN Scam & prompt solution

Certainly, here's the updated version with that addition:

In light of recent events involving the deceitful actions of an individual associated with the "Dot is Dead" meme coin, who not only misappropriated funds from the treasury but also manipulated tokenomics overnight before disappearing with a significant amount of DOT, it's imperative that we take action.

This individual has even gone to the extent of closing their Twitter account, further evading accountability.

I propose a collective effort to freeze the assets belonging to this individual, not only the stolen funds but also those they currently possess, and redistribute them back to the treasury. While I'm unsure of the technicalities involved in initiating such a proposal, whether through validators or nodes, I believe it's crucial that we come together to pursue justice.

I welcome any insights or suggestions on how we can effectively execute this proposal and hold the responsible party accountable for their actions.

Let's unite to ensure transparency and integrity within our community.

I think it's impossible to freeze someone's asset, otherwise this would be a CEX or a bank. But he certainly would deserve that! I created a discussion on how to redeem the community after this scam, look for it

@Shotokhan

I will check,

In regards ni being possible, I think that if nodes approve it, they can reverse the transaction somehow, would it be a type of attack 51? Not sure since I'm not in that technical level
