Continuation of work through Messari Protocol Services
Messari is looking to renew its existing engagement with Polkadot to provide institutional-grade recurring research. We've simplified the proposal to only include quarterly reports to reduce the budget by ~30% from last year.
We’ve worked closely with Parity Data over the last year who have been key partners with which we'll continue to work with on this to ensure we're getting the highest quality data to best represent the state of on-chain activity.
These reports are sent out out to 350,000 of our subscribers along with three of the largest traditional research platforms with the Bloomberg Terminal, S&P Capital IQ, and Refinitiv.
The total cost will be $120k payable in DOT with the same 10% premium to account for market volatility.

Is it worth engaging with Messari, considering their practice of presenting paid promotions as research to readers who may not realize it? It raises questions about the integrity of their content.

On every single one of our quarterly reports we explicitly state that it is commissioned.
We also do not do any "paid promotions" it's objective reporting, akin to constructing a company's financial statements. It's paid by the protocols because we believe it should be a publicly available resource for the community, not monetized behind a paywall.

Why is Polkadot not included in the Rankings - Ecosystem section, while other L1s/L2s are? Also including the successful projects from the Polkadot ecosystem. Considering the fact, that your reports are paid from the Polkadot treasury, we would encourage you to add Polkadot in there as well.
Also, can you please change the logo in your proposal into the new one, here is the link to the brand hub. It’s a small detail, but it just seems you took the old document, changed a few things and don’t care about the rest. It's been a new one for 2 years already.
