I don't think this project is in a phase where the treasury is really helping.&nbsp; Its being divisive.&nbsp;
Grifter influencers come around, that have had nothing to do with Polkadot, even badmouthed it for years, to then come slurp up the treasury. 90% vote nay, but they come witg whales and just get their way.&nbsp; I'm just waiting for Bitboy to make his proposal...
I have been around polkadot since 2021, and always believed it to be a great project, But at this point I am so close to giving up.&nbsp; Is there anyone that would like to make or would support a proposal to burn atleast half (if not more) of the treasury, as at the moment it just seems to attract a lot of bad energy.

Problem Statement:
- The treasury system in Polkadot is causing division and allowing grifter influencers to take advantage of the funds.

Significance:
- The current treasury system is attracting negative attention and potentially harming the reputation of Polkadot.

Proposed Solution:
- Propose a proposal to burn at least half of the treasury funds to eliminate the negative energy and prevent grifter influencers from accessing the funds.

Expected Outcomes:
- Reducing the treasury funds could potentially eliminate the negative influence and restore trust in the treasury system.
