Hey Valeria! I'm trying to get a better understanding of the initiatives of this alliance. Under deliverables, I see monthly panel discussions, a website, a podcast (recording of the panel), and a newsletter (a summary of the panel discussion). Judging from that, it sounds a lot like a live podcasting project, and I'm unsure why there is an 'alliance' with membership management needed. Could you shed some on why you are going down the road of introducing the overhead of an alliance? What is expected from the alliance members and what is the benefit of joining? What is the contribution from the core team (beyond the organization of the panels)?
Little suggestions for this proposal:
Maybe a clear milestone for the Polkadot DeFi Alliance will be easier for the council to review:
Just an example:
Milestone 1:to develop the live podcasting website including the function like podcast, post, newsletter, and projects display and so on for Polkadot
Milestone 2:starting the panel discussions:
- Episode 1:(topic + projects)
- Episode 2:(topic + projects)
- Episode 3:(topic + projects) ...
Milestone 3:to invite more defi projects into the starting the Polkadot DeFi Alliance...
Hope it's a little bit hopeful for you.
