Increase DOT media visibility through media buying and airdrop campaign
Polkadot has great concepts and features. A decentralised community driven governance with user votes, low transaction fees, scalability with big transaction capacity by spreading transactions across multiple parallel blockchains, interoperability with cross-blockchain transfers of any type of data or asset, not just tokens. These remarkable attributes of Polkadot are yet to be more widely acknowledged. AIRDROP.COM is committed to raise awareness of crypto projects and educate the broader public about their features. Thus AIRDROP.COM is well positioned to promote and inform the public about Polkadot’s great capabilities.
For this reason, our proposal is making Polkadot visible to the right audience through media buying (banners, newsletters and media spaces) and bringing qualified new audiences to Polkadot.
We will do so by doing the following:
- Creation of knowledge quiz and visual content creation
- Creation of high quality informational video content
- Media buying
- Distribution of DOT through airdrop
- KYC to avoid multiple claims
- User support
Our aim is to reach 61'000 new DOT adopters.

1- Why do we airdrop only 1 DOT ?
1 DOT is not enough for users to use all available features directly. But that is not our aim. The 1 DOT is an incentive to lead the users through :
- Being aware of all cool possibilities DOT offers
- Overcoming the initial step of setting up a wallet
- Wanting buy more DOT in order to try out the cool features they have discovered in our information material.
Note: Due to existential deposit, fully emptying a wallet and sending its content to an exchange is actually not straight forward, especially for a beginner.
2- What platforms do we intend on using for media buying?
We are using major platforms like coingecko and etherscan to buy media advertising.
3- Who is our KYC provider?

4- Why allocate a high budget on the promotion video featuring DOT possibilities?
The promotion video is our main conversion tool, we therefore need it to have rich engaging content and high quality edition.

10 minutes of research or use, would have shown you people that the existential deposit for the network is 1 DOT. Hence, making it very difficult for participants of such prospective airdrop do anything other than sending it back to an exchange.
Moreover, unspecified items like "media buying" for 600k USD, 50k for one promotion video, of no information about a KYC company that will do the task for 14k, show little detail and research this proposal has, specially when considering the amount requested (1M USD)..

Sorry but i would prefer the treasury to fund a permanent marketing campaign on Layer3.xyz for instance.
Or support in a larger extent the Polkapals initiatives instead of going on "airdrop.com" which will just bring tons of new scams everywhere.
And considering the other projects on the airdrop.com platform, it's definitely NOT a good idea at all.
Mixing Polkadot with so many other shitcoins is obviously a very bad move.
Moreover, considering the clearly bad knowledge of the ecosystem (existential deposit) and the cost of 50k$ for 1 video just sound as a grift tentative.
