This is a follow-up proposal to our <a href="../treasury/289">treasury proposal in Q2</a> 2023.
TLDR
Dwellir requests $18,765 for Q3 funding. In Q2 we served 300 million RPC requests for the Polkadot, Statemint, and Westend communities.
These services were seamlessly provided using our decentralized bare-metal infrastructure located in both Sweden and Tunisia, with all operational data transparently available at <a href="https://stats.dwellir.app/.">https://stats.dwellir.app/.</a>
Our commitment remains firm: offering top-tier, decentralized RPC services at an equitable price.
The Proposal
This proposal is to further fund the development of the RPC services and to cover the maintenance costs of them.
This new proposal includes two Milestones: Operate fully managed public RPC endpoints (Polkadot, Statemint and Westend), and run a highly available boot node.
