Community-Centric Blockchain Education: Dacade's Commitment to Polkadot's Growth via learning through sharing

Summary

We aim to create a Polkadot learning community on Dacade, offering learning materials, challenges, and rewards. Our goal is to foster 10,000 educators and promote the Polkadot Ecosystem adoption through an accessible and scalable educational ecosystem, executed by an experienced developer team.
These learning chapters are supported by Pendulum Chain.

Conclusion

Dacade, in collaboration with Pendulum, brings forward a simple yet meaningful proposal, rooted in the core belief of learning through sharing. With previous experiences including impactful partner courses/communities, we humbly aim to create a similar impact within the Polkadot ecosystem. Our approach is not flashy but grounded in effective peer-to-peer learning, custom solutions, course creation, community building, and continuous performance review. As our past learners and partners can attest, it's the simplicity of learning together that sparks real transformation.

Thanks for your proposal. It's great to see a learning platform for Polkadot ecosystem.
I have some questions:

  • Can you explain your partnership with Pendulum ?
  • What is your economic model ? Do you receive some fees for each lesson / training session ?
  • There are regular changes in Polkadot technology ? You think make regular updates in your courses ?

I think we dont't need white label solution but we need wallet integration of course !
I vote Yes for your poll and I will follow your proposal when you'll post it.

Hi Patrice,

Thanks for the questions! Here are my answers:

  • Pendulum Partnership: Since we' new to the polkadot ecosystem, the Pendulum team will be our guide sharing their deep knowledge of its opportunities and pains. We will also work together in the courses content and community building.
  • The platform is free to use, and people can even earn from sharing high quality feedback or making a good project. Right now the partner protocols support us for the course creation, rewards payment and maintenance of the platform. Nevertheless we envision exploring other economical model ideas such as helping our community members to get jobs on web3, collect bounties or hire 1:1 trainings, for example.
  • Yes we make regular updates, major changes can be negotiated or even made together. Dacade is becoming open source and when that happens, trusted members could improve courses and the platform together.

Thank you for the support! I also believe that wallet integration would be a good addition.

Might as well flush this 30k down the toilet. How much does ABAG get to help on the back end? 5k budgeting for marketing is proof this is doomed to fail either by incompetence or an outright grift

This budget allocation is based on our previous successful projects, focusing on impact and efficiency rather than large-scale marketing. Did you have anything specific in mind to improve the marketing budget and initiatives when you made this comment? We're confident in the value we can deliver to the Polkadot ecosystem.
