Polkadot OpenGov is a completely unique mechanism for decentralized treasury management. Other chains could learn a lot from us.
Project Catalyst is a "decentralized" innovation fund for projects building on Cardano. We could learn a lot from their successes and mistakes.
There is a community organization called Catalyst Swarm whose coordinator would like to do some cross-pollination of ideas and cross-chain learning. Show your interest by commenting here if you would like to participate in an online session or two.

Continued development and growth of the decentralized economy is paramount but this growth must be accomplished in a sustainable manner. This starts by fostering a mind-set of innovation that is centered upon engaging discussions.
