Sorry to reflag this but we have a treasury medium spender proposal up for vote at the moment that we are losing on. This proposal was for tranche 2 and 3 funding of pre-agreed Treasury funding by the council.

This covers payment for a successful online hackathon where hacker prizes are unpaid (and have been for months) and Encode running a successful hackathon at Decoded (also where hacker prizes are unpaid). 

We have run these events successfully and incurred significant costs and would be put in a precarious position.
