Should media representation be compensated?

This is Tomi, a Polkadot Ambassador from Finland.
On our journey to futher decentralization, should it be customary to tip those who represent Polkadot in the media?
Before I can teach the OpenGov process for others, I wanted to test it out myself and thus created a Small Tipper proposal for my participation in a crypto Podcast called Hopium, a small citizen journalism initiative outside of "the Dotsama bubble".

I will post the link here as soon as they release the episode. Shouldn't take more than 2-3 days.
This does not seem to be a tip, but rather a system.remark with the phrase "Hopium". Since this is on the Small Tipper track, this will fail since this origin can't call the system pallet.

Yeah, I screwed up the pre-image because I followed these instructions religiously and copied what was in the screenshot.
