Based on feedback from our first survey (see results)...

The Kusamarian proposes the following spend structure, which includes a 42 week order of Kusamrian programming, 60% up front with 40% to be claimed upon completion of milestones based on audience growth & reach and asset development. A break down of costs/show are included in the spend structure above!

If you have time please provide input on how to handle these milestones in a final SHORT! 30 second survey. ❤️

Note: we understand we can't make all voters perfectly happy but production costs, tokenholder ownership, length of funding, and upfront % was taken from the average responses of those who provided a twitter handle & have a verified history of voting on Polkadot. The results were inline with general sentiment though slightly more conservative.

This 5 minute survey will help us, at The Kusamarian, understand the desires of the voting Tokenholder public to align with their interests.

It will provide opportunities for interested tokenholders (whether supportive or not) to become partners in Kusamarian development, incl. the establishment of on-chain activity goals & overseeing potential channel sponsors (should tokenholders desire blended funding).

This is not a typical Discussion post providing insights on future proposals. It uses the current funding period as a reference to shape the future.

This survey presents:

• a short overview of the social impact & mission of this media project.
• progress reports on social media metric goals established in last proposal up to May 23 (61% of progress) See charts. See reports.
• a short overview of each show with this period's production costs & metrics with the question of what % of that spending the tokenholder would wish to continue incentivizing with Treasury funds (0-200% - or blended to expanded funding).
• an opportunity to be contacted via Sumi Notes (on-chain) and join Kusamarian development based on weight of vote.
